1. Non-Refundable Booking Fee A booking fee of 25% of the full amount is required to secure your wedding date and my services. Please note that this fee is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, including but not limited to changes in schedule, venue, or other unforeseen personal circumstances or change of mind. The booking fee guarantees that I, the makeup artist, will be available for your wedding day, and therefore, it cannot be refunded or applied to any future services. 2. Final Payment and Cancellation PolicyThe final balance is due the week prior to the wedding day. Once payment is made, it is also non-refundable. If you need to reduce the number of people receiving makeup services after the booking has been confirmed, you are still required to pay for the original number of services agreed upon. This policy ensures that the time reserved for your booking remains compensated, regardless of any last-minute changes. 3. Service AdjustmentsAny adjustments to the booking, such as adding or removing services, must be communicated as soon as possible. However, please note that reducing the number of people or services does not reduce the total agreed-upon price when you booked in. Should a member of your bridal party or any other individual included in the booking decide not to proceed with the service, the full payment for their service will still be required. 4. Liability for Changes In the event of any unforeseen changes or cancellations within your party (e.g., someone no longer needing makeup services), the full balance as initially agreed upon remains due. No refunds will be provided for individuals opting out of services after booking. 5. Bridal Trial PolicyPlease note that bridal trials are a one-on-one appointment. To ensure a calm and focused environment for your trial, extra guests are not permitted to attend. This helps me to dedicate full attention to you and your look for your special day. 6. AgreementBy securing a booking with Montanna Yates makeup Artist, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions listed above.
